2nd circular of East-Asia AGN Workshop 2016

The deadline for the registration is approaching and we encourage to
submit your abstract. 'East-Asia AGN Workshop 2016', which will be held
on 22-24 September 2016 in Seoul, Korea. Since the first kick-off
workshop in 2012,  we annually hosted the EA-AGN workshop, which is
intended to encourage close collaborations among AGN researchers in East
Asia. Fostering collaborations and developing the network at the current
stage is important as we enter the era of large international projects,
including GMT and TMT, not to mention the current EA effort on the ALMA
and JCMT. The conference will be on the Seoul National University
campus, which can be easily reached from either Seoul-Incheon airport or
Gimpo airport. We reserved a block of rooms at the Hoam Guest House,
which is conveniently located on SNU campus. 

1. Accommodation

We reserved a block of rooms at Hoam Guest House from Sep. 21 to Sep. 24
(price for a regular double or twin room < 100 USD).

If you need to extend your stay, for example, to participate in EMMA
workshop in the following week, please specify your request in the
registration. Also, if you want to share a room with other participants,
you need to specify that you want twin room. In this case, you will need
to find your roommate. LOC will be not be able to find your roommate.

2. Financial support

For post-docs and students, who need financial support, we will provide
support for the accommodation and registration fee. Please send your
application for financial support, detailing your need. Please note that
we can only support a limited number of participants.

3. Abstract.

Once we collect all submitted abstract by the deadline, we will assign
oral talks. Please note that there will be poster presentations also. We
will send you a detailed information regarding presentations.

We would strongly encourage you to participate. Please feel free to ask
about the workshop.
