Dear EA-AGN Workshop participants, Thanks for all your interest and input for this workshop. We have a couple of announcements at this stage. 1. The workshop schedule is already announced. Please check your talk schedule if you are given an oral presentation slot. Note that all talks are 20 min. long (17 min. talk + 3 min. question). I ask all speaker to use the provided computer, instead of your own laptop. This is strongly recommended in order to minimize the transition time. A window machine is default to use, but we may provide one mac as an alternative option. (We will send out more detailed instruction). 2. Three poster sessions are included in the schedule. If you are presenting a poster, you can submit 1 page PPT or PDF file in advance so that the poster session organizer can collect all files and present one by one for you. You will be given one minute to present your poster. This one minute will be a strict 60 second period. A typical poster size (i.e, A0) will be acceptable, which will be attached to the poster wall in the hall outside of the conference room. Pins will be provided. 3. We are planing to have a reception at the Hoam guest house (2nd floor in the main building, TBD) on Wednesday evening, 7:30 to 9:00 pm. Finger food and drink will be provided. 4. Conference dinner is scheduled on Friday. First, we will have standing reception (6-7pm) with unlimited amount of drink at the courtyard of SNU faculty club. Then, we will move into the dinner hall. Note this SNU faculty club is located on campus (Building 65) and different from Hoam faculty house. 5. Regisration desk will be open during Wed. reception and on Thursday 8:30- at the workshop venue. Please pay your registration with cash only (100 USD or 120,000 Won). Student will pay 50% of the fee. No credit card will be accepted. The registration fee includes conference dinner on Friday, reception, and drinks and cookies. 6. Check your accommodation info, which can be found from the EA-AGN Workshop webpage. All participants will be staying at the Hoam guest house. The last minute change or cancelation will be difficult to handle. You will pay the accommodation fee directly to Hoam guest house when you check out. 7. From Hoam guest house to the workshop venue (Building 25-1) is about 25-30 min. walk. Please check the map in the webpage. If you prefer, you can ask the front desk about free shuttle bus.
